  • Laddujicloset reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Delivery time depends on the customer’s location and courier partner availability.

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared with the customer.

  • Shipping delays caused by natural conditions, courier issues, or public holidays are beyond our control.

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer may result in delivery delays or return of the order.


3. Return & Replacement Policy

  • Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear images or an unboxing video are required as proof.

  • Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.

  • After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed as applicable.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
